• All pricing is provided upfront via a free quote.
• Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
• If access to the rubbish is restricted upon arrival, an additional call-out fee may apply.

• The customer must ensure all waste is accessible and ready for collection at the agreed time.
• The customer confirms they have the right to dispose of the waste provided.

• Trashless takes every precaution to avoid damage to property but is not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues.
• We are not liable for items mistakenly included in rubbish piles.

• We strive to dispose of waste responsibly and recycle whenever possible.
• Waste disposal follows all Gold Coast council regulations.

• Any issues should be reported within 48 hours of service.
• We will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and professionally.
